Application Procedure
Previously painted surface should be made free of all dust, greasy and powdery material. The algal and fungal growth can be removed us ing wire brush and the surface must be cleaned with water splash. All loose old paint must be cleaned from the surface with wire brush and water jet and left to dry. All structural cracks must be open in V shape filled with White Cement/Cement-based Plasters and leakage should be stopped, before actual painting. Cracks should be filled up using a cement and sand mixture in the ratio 1:3. Newly plastered surface must have been cured atleast 2 - 3 months prior to the painting. In case of newly plastered surface, apply one coat of Anchor Exterior Primer or one coat of Weather Care Exterior Emulsion diluted 1:1 with water. Apply two coats of finish paint by thinning with 400 - 500 ml of water per ltr of paint. Precaution - Do not over dilute. - Stir well and strain before use.

Safety Procedure
    • Store in well ambient conditions, ventilated locations & away from the source of ignition and fire.
    • Keep away from children.
    • In case of eye/skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
    • Inhalation / Injection will cause danger. In case, move to fresh air & consult medical practitioners in both the cases.
    • Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to levels below 10°C within 4 hrs of application.
    • Avoid extra thinning for better results.
    • The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well and strain before use.
    • Use safety equipments like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles / glasses & face mask.

    • Covering capacity of the paint depends on the surface preparation, substrate, application process and other factors.
    • The practical coverage will differ from the theoretical covering capacity mentioned here.
